The Code of Conduct Bureau has accused the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, of failing to declare his dollar, pounds and euro accounts when he was elevated to the Supreme Court
Justice Onnoghen has therefore been asked to step down as Chief Justice, by the Federal Government, who has tipped another judge as replacement.
Nigerians have continued to express anger over government’s biase, saying the president is trying to boot the CJN out, in a bid ti replace him with a northerner.
