The driver of Abdulraheem Abiodun, the Oyo State Commissioner for Lands, was killed yesterday after some yet to be identified gunmen attacked them.
Abiodun as well as his orderly, are currently hospitalised following bullets wounds sustained during the attack.
The attack is said to have taken place last night around 8:00 p.m., just after the Commissioner was dropped at his residence in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The Oyo Police command has given assurance that they will issue a statement to that effect once they are briefed further.
