Following incessant attacks in Nigeria and other Lake Chad Basin countries, by the dreaded terrorist sect, Boko Haram and ahead of the over 300 US soldiers deployment to Cameroon, President Muhammadu Buhari and his Service Chiefs, yesterday met with General David Rodriguez, the Commander of the US Africa Command.
The Africa Command is responsible for Military relations with nations and regional organization in Africa.

The US troops are expected to arrive Cameroon in the next few days. They will be conducting airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations in the region.
