The President of Living Faith Church (worldwide), Bishop David Oyedepo sadly expressed while speaking during the second convocation ceremony of Landmark University, Omu-Aran on July 17, 2015 that around 50 million Nigerian youths remain unemployed.

While quoting the 2014 Global Hunger reports, he said, “Nigeria is among the countries in the world faced with a high level of hunger threat despite its efforts at reducing hunger in the last 25 years.”

The heavily anointed Man of God also decried the sorry state of Nigeria and lamented that the level of poverty is growing with over 70 percent of Nigeria‘s population living below $1.25 per day.

He concluded by admonishing the Federal Government to lay “a pathway for strengthening the veins of our economy via productive and creative engagements in entrenching enterprise.”
