Judgement in the suit instituted by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, against the Code of Conduct Tribunal, has been adjourned indefinitely.

However, the court gave no reason why it adjourned Saraki’s Suit but said it would communicate a new date to all parties involved.

In his ground of appeal, the Senator had earlier submitted a suit, that the tribunal erred in law and also acted without jurisdiction, by assuming jurisdiction over the criminal trial of the appellant of the code of Conduct tribunal, for a charge which is being challenged at the Federal High Court.
