Cisco Re-certified Vodafone Group Plc as a Cloud and Managed Services Master Partner

Vodafone Group Plc one of the leading telecom industries in the world has again received certification from Cisco as its Cloud and Managed Services Master Partner across the globe.

Mark Shoebridge, the Executive Head of Network Operations of Vodacom Business Nigeria which is a Nigerian subsidiary of Vodafone Group Plc, who spoke on the development explained that Cisco re-certified Vodafone because the company has been able to provide topnotch and satisfactory cloud and managed service solutions to its clients across the globe using Cisco technology. The certification it has received from Cisco according to Mark is an eloquent testimony that Vodacom has the ability and is committed to providing quality services to its clients using the class best technology.

Mark said that the company is happy to qualify for the certification again and he reassured the company’s customers of their commitment in delivering a secure and reliable quality service and performance using managed services and technical capabilities powered by Cisco.

Having being re-certified by Cisco, Vodacom Business Nigeria will be able to provide a minimum of two Cisco Powered services based on the IT Infrastructure Library framework. As a Cloud and Managed services Master Certified Partner of Cisco, the company will also be able to offer improve managed and stewardship practices to its clients.

Before a company is certified by Cisco, it has to determine and validate the technological expertise of the partner using a third-party audit process. Through the same process, they also valid other factors normally considered by customers before they choose a trusted partner.
