The Supreme Court has thrown out the application of the All Progressives Congress asking it to review the judgement on the Zamfara State governorship election.
The judges while meeting in Abuja on Friday, said the request was a gross abuse of court, frivolous and grossly vexatious.
The court thereafter ordered the APC to pay N2m to the respondents in the case.
More so, Bello Matawalle was affirmed as governor of Zamfara State.
