Nigerian Midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi Voted on List of World’s Most Valuable Players

Nigerian and Leicester City FC midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi has been named in the of 100 Most Valuable Players.

The list which was compiled by the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), a Football Observatory placed the English Premiership star at number 79 and valued at £62.7 million.

The list also had the likes of England and Tottenham Hotspur striker on the number one spot and valued at £201.2 million, while the number two spot hoes to Brazian and Paris Saint-Germain star, Neymar at £195.7 million with France and PSG youngster, Kylian Mbappe in third position at £186.5 million.

More so, Argentina and Barcelona star Lionel Messi is in fourth position and valued at £184.2 million, Egyptian and Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah is placed at number five at £171.3 million.

Surprisingly, Real Madrid and Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo is at number 24 and is on a value of £103.4 million.

However, Wilfred Ndidi who is currently in Russia for the 2018 FIFA World Cup with the Nigerian National Team, feature in the first leg of the Super Eagles match against Croatia, scheduled for Sat, 16/06 by 8:00PM.
