Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, arrives Abidjan to represent President Muhammadu Buhari at the swearing-in ceremony of Nigeria’s immediate past Minister of Agriculture, who served under ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina as President of the African Development Bank, AfDB.
The inauguration will take place today, September 1, 2015, in the Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire.

Buhari actively supported the candidature of the AfDB president-elect in a keenly contested election conducted in May this year even before the Buhari presidency assumed office.
