Popular television host Frank Edoho has returned as host for Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Series 2, after four years.
The broadcaster, who anchored the TV show for 13 years, revealed this via his official Twitter handle on Monday.
“Hey everyone. I assume you know by now that I have been offered the role of Host of WWTBAM Series 2. My immense gratitude goes to all of you for hoping that I get the job. Thank you for your kind wishes and felicitations. God bless you all. #FrankIsBack #WWTBAMTheReturn.”
Originally a British show, WWTBAM was adapted and first aired in Nigeria on October 8, 2004, going off air on June 25, 2017, due to a rumoured lack of funds after its major sponsor MTN pulled out.
Recall that, Mr. Edoho, had in 2017, announced his departure from the show, citing disagreement on contractual terms with Ultima Studios.
