Nigerian young striker, Chuba Akpom has joined Hull City on loan from Arsenal.
Hull FC, announced the loan deal on their website on Tuesday.

“Akpom is highly regarded at the Emirates Stadium and arrives in East Yorkshire keen to build on senior experience already gained with the Gunners. The striker has nine appearances to his name since making his first team debut as a substitute in a win against Sunderland in September 2013, and he has also had previous loan spells with Brentford, Coventry City and Nottingham Forest.

“The striker highlighted his talents when scoring a hat-trick for Arsenal against a Singapore Select XI in the Barclays Asia Trophy last month.”

Hull FC relegated from the Premier League last season and are expecting to stage a come back to the English Premiership this season. However, Akpom has previously had loan spells with Brentford, Coventry City and Nottingham Forest. He could make his debut for Hull City in their Championship opener against Huddersfield on Saturday.
