Embattled Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) oss, Ibrahim Magu, was on Tuesday after his interrogation taken back to area 10 force criminal investigation department (FCID) of the Nigeria Police Force in Abuja, to pass the night.
This is not until Magu’s house at Karu in Abuja, had been searched late Tuesday night by DSS operatives.
This is the second night in a row that the anti-graft agency’s boss will be spending at the FCID, after he passed the night at the same location on Monday.
Some of Magu’s aides were said to have moved his personal belongings out of his official residence in Maitama, Abuja.
Meanwhile, personal items belonging to the EFCC boss was also removed from his office by his aide, further fueling the rumour that president Buhari will appoint someone new to take over the agency.
More so, family source revealed that operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) who carried out the search on Magu’s house, found nothing incriminating
