Super Eagles striker, Ahmed Musa was on-point yesterday, as he recorded his name on the score-sheet, when his side, CSK Moscow met PSV Eindhoven, in the UEFA Champions League second-group stage match.
Musa put CSK Moscow ahead in the 8th minute of the game when fellow team-mate, Zoran Tosic’s crossed the ball from the right right flank. His quick reaction when the ball landed on his feet, brought about the first goal.
More so, Ivorian striker, Seydou Doumbia doubled the lead for the Russian side in the 21st minute before completing his brace from the penalty spot in the 36th minute.
A rejuvenated PSV side fought back in the second half and almost leveled scores. A brace from Maxime Lestienne made the scores more respectable; both goals coming in the 60th and 68th minutes respectively.
However, the match ended 3-2 in favour of CSK Moscow.
