Bharti Airtel Nigeria has introduced a 3 in 1 SIM Card just few days after the company has announced a new application for startup developers.
According to a statement issued by the company, the 3-in-1 SIM card was introduced in order to make it possible for Smartphone users to switch devices and still keep the same SIM Card. All the three sizes of SIM Card, namely, Nano, Standard and Micro sizes are available in new 3-in-1 SIM pack. Users of this new SIM card pack do not have to get a different new size of SIM card anytime they change devices.
The retail price for the 128KB SIM package according to The Punch publication is NGN300. Users of the 3-in-1 SIM pack will have access to Airtel’s Celltick applet which is a value-added service that shows the live marketing messages and content of the company on the home screen of consumer’s phone when it is idle. Any consumer that wants to subscribe to the content can do that by a simply click on the displayed message.
